We are looking for someone who has a good sense of product to source fabric and replicate what's coming in at Zara etc. This person needs to be involved from the start when a fabric is sent out, visit Zara to see the main fabrics, and have extensive knowledge of mills, including key mills like Zara's.

As Director of the Buying Office is responsible for strategically managing the overall sourcing operations in China. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies across all categories, optimising the supplier network, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, detail-oriented, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimisation of our product offerings across various channels.
