Job Description Own innovation projects from product concept through successful market launch. Lead complex cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial functions. Drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management and milestone execution. Partner with technical teams on formulation, clinical validation and product readiness activities. Ensure products meet regulatory, quality and operational requirements across all development stages. Support future localization and manufacturing initiatives in China. Optimize processes, improve cost efficiency and accelerate speed-to-market. Build scalable commercialization capabilities to support the company's long-term growth strategy. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Sourcing Manager should have: 6+ years of experience in FMCG, Skin Care, Personal Care, Beauty, Healthcare, Nutrition, or related industries. Proven experience managing end-to-end NPD programs. Strong understanding of product planning, launch processes, formulation development, clinical validation, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated experience working closely with R&D and complex cross-functional projects. Solid process management, project management, and cost control capabilities. Deep understanding of key stakeholders and decision points throughout the product development lifecycle. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a matrix organization.
