The Quick Response Project Manager will manage the implementation of China's Quick Response business model by building the local team, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring a rapid 14-day product manage time from trend identification to market launch. This role owns sales performance, FUP planning, and operational excellence to maximize topline growth and full-price sell-through.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

*Strategy & Vision: Execute and work on the strategic vision in work with the central Quick Response team. Set clear goals and develop the implementation strategy.

*360 Project Management: Oversee project setting, steering, FUP (Full Price Units) forecasting, and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment across the organization.

*Sales & Budget: Set sales targets and key KPIs; take full ownership of the budget and Surplus FUP.

*Planning Framework: Establish the general drops plan framework (volumes/pcs) and coordinate weekly/daily FUP and actions planning.

*Team Management: manage the setup and management of the China Impuls team, fostering a high-performance culture.Key KPIs:

*Added topline sales.

*Number of winning products

*Surplus FUP (Full Price Units).

*Production time on market (minimum e.g., 14 days).

The Successful Applicant

*Proven experience in managing and setting up fast trend detection, fast production, and scale-winning products.

*Ideal background: Previous experience at local fast-fashion brands or companies like UR or Shein.

*Strong management, strategic planning, and cross-functional work skills.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from CNY 550000 to CNY 650000.
  • 13th-month salary as part of the compensation package.
  • Permanent position based in Shanghai.
