The Director of Operations should oversee and manage the full-function operations of the system Integration/Assembly contract manufacturing plant.

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering processes, production capacity, and cost controls.
2. Oversee the integration of operational departments ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.

公司在泰州投资新建工厂，2024年全面投产，工厂即将进入设备调试以及试车阶段。需要一位厂长全面管理小试中试到量产的全流程。
