Job Description

Lead regional security strategy, planning, and execution across APAC.

Act as the contact point of accountability for all regional security priorities.

Oversee executive protection, travel security, and incident response coordination.

Drive deployment of technical security systems to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor security awareness initiatives and ensure compliance with global standards.

Collaborate with global centers of excellence and suppliers to align strategy and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive Corporate Security Experience: At least 5 years in corporate security within a large-scale, multinational organization, preferably in APAC.

Leadership Excellence: Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or regional teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.

Global Perspective with Local Insight: Ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments across APAC, while aligning with global security standards.

Crisis Management & Executive Protection Expertise: Experience in incident response, travel security, and executive protection programs.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with physical security systems, risk assessment tools, and security technology deployment.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required; CPP certification and military/police background are preferred.

Communication & Influence: Strong communicator capable of delivering clear, concise updates to senior leadership and driving awareness initiatives across the region.

Strategic Thinker: Able to contribute to regional and global security strategy, leveraging benchmarking.
