The Successful Applicant Extensive Corporate Security Experience: At least 5 years in corporate security within a large-scale, multinational organization, preferably in APAC.Leadership Excellence: Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or regional teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.Global Perspective with Local Insight: Ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments across APAC, while aligning with global security standards.Crisis Management & Executive Protection Expertise: Experience in incident response, travel security, and executive protection programs.Technical Acumen: Familiarity with physical security systems, risk assessment tools, and security technology deployment.Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required; CPP certification and military/police background are preferred.Communication & Influence: Strong communicator capable of delivering clear, concise updates to senior leadership and driving awareness initiatives across the region.Strategic Thinker: Able to contribute to regional and global security strategy, leveraging benchmarking.
