1. 负责集团相关数据产品的可视化系统设计，将数据资产化，发挥数据价值；
2. 协助各BI报表的出具，保证数据质量。
3. 规划及管理相关数据产品，主导梳理集团各业务域版块的核心指标设计

• 分析业务流程，识别改进领域，并制定策略以提高效率和效果。
• 与跨职能团队合作，了解业务需求并将它们转化为数据驱动的解决方案。
• 准备并向高层管理人员和其他利益相关者展示报告、可视化和发现。

Accountable for the entire Insights ecosystem of product

1、数据分析 - 结合业务痛点通过数据分析找到生意现象的本质原因，及推荐决策和期待的决策效果；

2、发展战略制定 -结合业务发展目标和现今痛点，定位并量化业务未来的发展主要动力，能制定未来短期中期和长期业务发展规划和战略，用数据指导业务发展战略；

• 负责构建数据驱动的财务分析体系，通过预算管控、ROI模型搭建及经营预测支持业务决策，优化审批流程与系统效率；
• 统筹风险预警、业财协同及跨部门闭环管理，推动财务分析体系与数字化工具升级；

To manager counterparty credit risk in relationship to core business of the trading of commodities and make recommendations for internal credit limit approval.
