Job Description Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Prepare and maintain requirement documentation, including BRDs and PRDs. Design product functionalities and user journeys, mapping out complete business processes. Coordinate with business, product, and development teams to ensure successful requirement delivery. Facilitate requirement review sessions and follow through the entire development lifecycle, including testing and deployment. Proactively identify product issues and process improvement opportunities, and propose effective solutions. Establish and continuously improve requirement management processes and documentation standards. Support product roadmap planning, feature iterations, and ongoing optimization initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful EC Business Analyst should have: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of Business Analyst experience. Strong capability in business requirement analysis and BRD/PRD documentation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage requirements across stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Familiarity with product function design, user journey mapping, and solution development. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to documentation quality and governance.
