As the company continues to enhance its financial planning and analysis capabilities, it is seeking an FP&A professional with strengths in reporting, performance analysis, and finance digital transformation. Job Description · Financial Reporting: Prepare relevant organisation financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting, and validate accuracy of financial data and business information by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions.· Data Analysis: Analyse financial data and performance metrics including variance analysis to provide actionable insights and identify trends and variances.· Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.· Financial Modelling: Support the creation and maintenance of financial models to evaluate business scenarios and performance.· Visualisation: Prepare and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to visualise financial data and performance metrics. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to support decision-making processes· Automation and digitisation: Automate standard reporting and analysis processes using power automate, power query and AI tools (Copilot etc.) to reduce repetitive tasks.· Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.
