Job Description



1.Strategic Leadership for DTC Operations

  • Oversee all aspects of high-ticket DTC website operations for the US market, ensuring growth, profitability, and brand consistency.
  • Define and implement long-term strategies for site performance, customer experience, and retention.



2.Advertising & Marketing Oversight

  • Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving full-funnel campaigns to achieve acquisition and conversion goals.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar advertising budgets and ensure optimal ROI through continuous performance analysis.



3.Omnichannel Management

  • Supervise additional online channels (Amazon, social media, affiliate marketing) to create an integrated digital ecosystem.



4.Executive Team Leadership

  • Build and lead cross-functional teams in operations, marketing, and channel management; set KPIs and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with C-level executives on business planning, resource allocation, and global expansion initiatives.



5.Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Monitor US market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies; drive innovation in marketing and operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce and digital marketing, with proven success in US markets.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong track record in brand-focused campaigns.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and scaling operations.
  • Fluent in English; strong strategic thinking and cross-cultural communication skills.
