Keep abreast of best practices and current market and industry trends to help attract the talent we need and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies. Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of our industry to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders, including Recruitment Partners, Consultants and Hiring Managers. Lead and contribute to the development, review, implementation and execution of policies and procedures in the Shared Services Centre. Maximise the use and effectiveness of resources, including people, systems, sourcing channels and processes, to deliver accurate and high-quality end-to-end recruitment services to internal and external stakeholders. Champion the centre's vision and values by leading by example in operational excellence, professional behaviour and high standards of work. Ensure the experience delivered to our customers and candidates is consistently excellent and customer-focused. 理想的求职者 What are we looking for? 2+ years of leadership experience, ideally managing 1-5 direct reports. 5+ years of recruitment experience, with end-to-end recruitment experience required. Experience in an MSP, RPO, or Shared Services environment. Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or similar sectors is required. Strong capability in reporting, data management, analysis, and KPI/scorecard management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills. Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Strong understanding of industry trends and talent markets. High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week. 薪酬待遇 Growth and rewards Starts on a 12-year fixed-term contract.
