  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function to meet the organisation's hiring needs effectively.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with organisational goals.
  • Analyse and optimise recruitment processes for improved efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on TA and PMO activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all HR and project management activities.
