Job Description 1.Conduct supplier qualification audits, maintenance audits, and technical visits in line with global guidelines.2.Assess supplier quality systems, technical capabilities, and safety compliance; identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.3.Support critical projects while safeguarding quality and food safety requirements.4.Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to prevent non-conformities and enhance performance.5.Maintain strong communication and engagement with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The Successful Applicant 1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.2.Experience: Minimum 8 years in food manufacturing or quality management, preferably with supplier quality responsibilities.3.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with quality systems such as FSSC22000, ISO9001, GMP; understanding of packaging processes and food safety standards.4.Fluent English for independent communication and global collaboration. Able to handle English interview.5.Strong auditing and problem-solving skills.6.Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities.7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and positive attitude.8.Capable of driving on-site supplier improvements effectively.
