Lead resolution of unfulfilled deliverable of sponsorship agreements. Lead the review of current sponsors to strengthen sponsorship portfolio. Manage continual improvement process to ensure sponsors continue to participate. Manage negotiation of sponsorship agreements. Manage onboarding of sponsors' key executives. Manage professional and career development of staff. 理想的求职者 Significant experience, at least 10 years, in a relevant sector (e.g. practical sponsorships and events) Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and negotiate contracts.
