Contribute to system and product architecture About Our Client Our client is an international industrial technology organisation operating across quality inspection, in-line process control, sensing technology, automation equipment, analytics, and digital platforms. Job Description Define system and product architectures for intelligent products, automation systems, and AI-enabled solutions. Establish system requirements, architecture concepts, performance specifications, and technical documentation. Integrate software, electronics, sensors, optics, connectivity, AI, and mechanical technologies into scalable product platforms. Coordinate feasibility studies, prototype development, and emerging-technology evaluation. Perform system-level analysis and coordinate the resolution of complex technical challenges. Develop and execute verification and validation strategies to support product performance and reliability. Define technology and architecture roadmaps aligned with customer, market, and business requirements. Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing across multidisciplinary engineering teams. Collaborate with international R&D teams and external technology partners. Support product industrialisation, release, and deployment activities. The Successful Applicant Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related field. At least eight years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or a related technical discipline. Experience in industrial automation, robotics, instrumentation, smart equipment, or connected products. Demonstrated experience developing complex multidisciplinary products from concept through market introduction. Previous involvement in engineering project teams, technical programmes, or architecture initiatives. Ability to define product and system architectures for complex multidisciplinary solutions. Strong understanding of sensors, signal processing, electronics, embedded systems, connectivity, optics, or machine vision. Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into technically and commercially viable product concepts. Experience in system integration, verification, validation, and technical documentation. Familiarity with industrial and connected-system architecture. Knowledge of Ethernet, CAN, RS485, OPC UA, MQTT, or edge-to-cloud connectivity. Strong analytical, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills. Good English communication skills. Experience working with international or cross-cultural engineering teams would be advantageous.
