Job Description 1.Develop spray drying processes, including raw material pre-treatment, atomization method selection, and drying parameter design2.Optimize key production parameters (temperature, airflow, rotation speed, etc.) to improve yield and product stability3.Support process scale-up from laboratory to pilot and full production stages4.Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues such as wall sticking, powder flowability, and particle structure5.Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure compliance with product standards and consistency requirements6.Participate in equipment selection, commissioning, and process validation7.Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials The Successful Applicant 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields2.Experience in spray drying or similar powder processing technologies (experience with dairy powder, beverage powder, seasoning powder, protein powder preferred)3.Solid understanding of atomization, heat and mass transfer, and drying processes4.Experience in pilot plant scale-up or factory technical support is preferred5.Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional communication abilities6.Fluent spoken English, with the ability to report to expatriate managers What's on Offer Competitive salary.Attractive benefits package.Dynamic and innovative work environment.
