It operates multiple manufacturing facilities and a well-established supply chain network in China, supporting a broad portfolio of products with a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

1.Operations Excellence:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies and integrated work systems

Support factories in defining and executing performance improvement roadmaps

Lead process optimization initiatives using tools such as value stream mapping and digital analysis

Build capability through training and structured deployment of lean practices

Establish and monitor KPI governance to improve visibility and decision-making2.Safety Management:

Lead the deployment and ongoing enhancement of safety programs across manufacturing and logistics

Coordinate with regional and global teams to align safety standards and practices

Drive safety reviews, reporting, and knowledge sharing across sites

Support training programs related to safety leadership and risk prevention

Conduct audits and ensure follow-up actions are effectively implemented3.Regional & Cross-functional Contribution:

Contribute to regional safety initiatives and audits

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational alignment

Support the development of a safe, efficient, and sustainable working environment

The Successful Applicant

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Operations, or related disciplines

2.8+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations, including continuous improvement and safety management

3.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability

4.Proven experience in problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement

5.Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese

6.Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability

7.Willingness to travel across sites within China
