Job Description 1. Oversees a team of QC inspectors in daily quality control activities. Ensure timely completion of inspection reports and follow-up activities.2. Integrate quality assurance into the product development process, including early-stage risk assessments and defining/maintaining quality standards.3. Ensure that our products meet market requirements in terms of physical and chemical compliance. Follow up closely with our customer and business team, keep developing and optimize the process.4. Manage and maintain all of systems and certifications which build for the business. Such as FSC, Oeko-Tex, GRS, and other certifications.5. Oversee sustainability management initiatives, including strategy follow-up, task rolling out, and goal setting. Make sure its fulfilment always can meet the target.6. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects and claim rate.7. Supervise the supplier self-inspection program and periodically review the performance from supplier side to take further training action to suppliers on self-inspection and quality management, be skilled with the specific inspection tool (Qarma app) to upload reports.8. work with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.9. Conduct regular audits to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements in terms of quality and compliance, code of conduct, etc.10. Prepare and present quality-related reports to senior management.11. Periodical meeting with brands or clients to review quality topics and follow up with teams to achieve higher quality expectation from client.12. Maintain and optimize the quality team SOP to adapt company business growth to different BUs13. Integrate quality team operation into ERP system to manage supplier and keep all product profiles in traceability ways.14. Strong budget control sense to manage the whole team The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Head should have: Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes in the retail or manufacturing sector. Experience in managing quality audits and implementing corrective actions. Proficiency in data and generating actionable insights. Ability to and motivate a team towards achieving quality Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations. Effective communication and skills with cross-functional team What's on Offer Annual salary ranging from CNY 500000 to CNY 800000. Year-end bonus equivalent to 1.5 months' salary.
