Job Description



  • Business Strategy & P&L Ownership
    Define and execute the BU's overall strategy, owning full P&L responsibility to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.


  • Product & Technology Leadership
    Lead the product portfolio and technology roadmap, ensuring competitiveness in areas such as automotive electronics systems, platform solutions, and customer‑specific applications.


  • Customer & Commercial Management
    Build and strengthen strategic relationships with global OEMs and Tier‑1 customers, lead key account strategy, pricing, and commercial negotiations.


  • Operational & Engineering Excellence
    Oversee R&D, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain performance to ensure on‑time delivery, cost efficiency, and high reliability standards.


  • Organization & Talent Development
    Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing, cross‑functional leadership team; drive organizational capability, succession planning, and talent retention.


  • Cross‑Regional & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    Collaborate closely with global headquarters and regional teams across Europe and other markets to align strategy, resources, and execution.


  • Transformation & Growth Initiatives
    Drive business transformation initiatives, including portfolio optimization, digitalization, and entry into new applications or markets.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a senior BU head with solid experience in automotive electronics or related technology fields, with a proven track record in BU or P&L management. They combine strategic thinking, commercial insight, and operational execution, and are able to translate customer and market needs into sustainable growth.
