Job Description

Lead Integrated Media Strategy & Investment Governance

  • Develop and drive annual and quarterly integrated media strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Own media investment planning and governance across multiple brands, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Establish measurement frameworks and performance standards to optimize channel allocation and investment decisions.
  • Adapt global media practices to local market dynamics and business needs.



Drive Paid Digital Media Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end media planning and buying for large-scale integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage media strategy across search, programmatic, video, social, e-commerce, and emerging digital channels.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through audience optimization, creative testing, bidding strategies, and channel mix refinement.
  • Partner with social marketing teams to amplify content and maximize campaign impact.



Precision Marketing & Data Activation

  • Leverage CRM, platform, and third-party data to develop advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Implement AI-enabled media planning, automation, and optimization capabilities.
  • Build attribution models, incrementality testing frameworks, and analytics solutions to measure true business impact.
  • Transform complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.



Accelerate Commerce & Omnichannel Growth

  • Co-lead commerce media strategies across major e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.
  • Partner closely with sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams to drive full-funnel performance and conversion growth.
  • Establish clear measurement and optimization frameworks across the customer journey.



Build Strategic Platform & Agency Partnerships

  • Develop senior-level relationships with key media and technology partners.
  • Lead annual commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships to unlock value and innovation.
  • Oversee media agency management, including selection, performance reviews, capability development, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive innovative collaborations and co-creation opportunities that increase brand relevance and visibility.



Lead, Inspire & Collaborate

  • Manage and develop a high-performing media team through coaching, mentoring, and capability-building.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, Consumer Insights, E-commerce, Legal, and other key stakeholders.
  • Own media budget planning, tracking, compliance, and fiscal accountability.



The Successful Applicant

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of media and digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years managing teams.
  • Experience within consumer goods, beauty, personal care, retail, or similarly fast-paced industries preferred.
  • Proven success managing large-scale media investments and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Deep expertise in integrated media planning, media buying, and performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of social, search, programmatic, video, and commerce media ecosystems.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics, attribution models, and marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage media agencies and strategic partner relationships.
  • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, AI, and the future of digital marketing.
