Support board and shareholder meeting processes, corporate disclosures, and internal governance controls. Monitor regulatory and industry developments, assess their impact on business operations and provide legal opinion to the management team. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Law; New York Bar qualification preferred. 5-8 years of legal experience gained from reputable law firms. Strong experience in capital markets transactions, ideally including HKEX listing. Solid understanding of cross‑border transaction structures and compliance frameworks.
