Job Description

Develop the U.S. distribution transformer and electrical equipment business across key regions including Texas and California

Identify and develop customers including utilities, EPCs, distributors, manufacturer representatives, renewable energy and data center accounts

Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and distribution channels to support market growth

Follow up RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, quotations, bids, and commercial opportunities

Participate in customer visits, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and order conversion activities

Conduct market research on U.S. customer requirements, procurement processes, and certification standards

Provide market feedback regarding customer demand, competitor activity, and industry trends

Coordinate with product, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams to support project execution

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience in transformers, electrical equipment, medium-voltage products, or related industries
  • Familiarity with the U.S. power distribution or transformer market
  • Existing customer network with utilities, EPCs, distributors, renewable energy, or industrial accounts is preferred
  • Experience with distribution transformers, switchgear, MV equipment, or related electrical products is advantageous
  • Strong capability in new business development, customer acquisition, and commercial negotiation
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in an early-stage market environment
  • Fluent English communication skills required; Mandarin is a plus
