职责描述

1. Drive business development and sales growth for the company's industrial and embedded software solutions in China, focusing on key industries such as aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, technology companies, and research institutions, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

3. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.

4. Work closely with internal pre-sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver technical solutions tailored to customer requirements in embedded systems, intelligent devices, and industrial platforms.

5. Understand customer challenges related to software platforms, embedded systems, edge computing, and digital transformation, and position appropriate solutions to address mission-critical applications.

6. Track industry trends and technology developments across aerospace systems, automotive electronics, intelligent equipment, and industrial digitalization, identifying strategic opportunities for growth.

7. Build and manage relationships with ecosystem partners, system integrators, and technology partners to expand market reach.

8. Maintain a good sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities, forecasts, and business progress.

理想的求职者

A successful Sales Manager should have:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering, or other related technical fields.

2. 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in industrial software, embedded systems, operating systems, or related technology domains.

3. Strong experience working with customers in aerospace, automotive, automotive electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries.

4. Existing customer relationships or proven track record in developing key accounts within relevant industries is highly preferred.

5. Experience selling complex technology solutions and managing long and consultative sales cycles.

6. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and business decision-makers.

7. Strong business development mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities independently.

8. Good English communication skills and experience working in international or cross-functional environments.
