Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Robotics EMS business in the overseas market.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new customers within robotics technology companies
  • Leverage existing relationships with key robotics OEMs, contract manufacturers, and ecosystem partners
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales activities: prospecting, qualification, RFQ proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Work closely with engineering, R&D, operations, and supply chain teams to support customer requirements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Robotics
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with measurable revenue targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of proven new business development success in the Robotic Industry, with a strong focus on hunting and closing new projects.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with recent 1-year on electronics control business exposure to: ABB, KUKA, COMAU, FANUC, YASKAWA, iRobot, Fetch Robotics, Boston Dynamics, Tesla and Amazon Robotics etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities from the connections, penetrate target accounts, and close complex, high-value Robotics programs
  • Established personal network with senior decision-makers (VP, Director, Head of Procurement/Engineering) at Robotics OEMs in multinational companies operating in China and Overseas.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, ideally with documented multi-million USD/RMB deal closures
  • Deep understanding of Robotics device manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and value propositions in EMS (electronics, system integration, box build, test, sterilization-ready products, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience managing RFQs, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and long sales cycles typical of Robotics programs
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence technical, quality, supply chain, and executive teams to drive deal closure
  • Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build a pipeline without brand leverage
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to sell at C-level and regional/global HQ level
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; comfortable presenting and negotiating in both languages
