With a century-long history, the company operates worldwide and is known for its high-performance engineered products, strong innovation capabilities, and commitment to operational excellence Job Description Lead all purchasing activities for the plant, covering direct and indirect spend categories.Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support business objectives, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.Drive supplier development, performance management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.Identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality, service, and compliance standards.Support CAPEX projects through sourcing, bidding, and supplier selection processes.Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.Lead and develop the local purchasing team while promoting procurement practices.
