Job Description Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, service quality, and supplier performance. Drive sourcing activities across indirect categories including contract services, facilities management, and IT. Establish and monitor procurement KPIs, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement. Oversee vendor selection, evaluation, and contract renewal processes. Negotiate commercial agreements and secure favorable contractual terms. Partner with senior stakeholders to support operational and project requirements. Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Coach and develop a high-performing procurement team. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Procurement Director' should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, contract management, or operational leadership experience. Strong background in indirect procurement and supplier management. Proven contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional and multinational stakeholders. Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
