Job Description Lead the implementation of textile supply chain traceability projects across Greater China. Act as the key contact between international brands, textile suppliers and internal project teams. Drive supplier onboarding, platform adoption and traceability data collection. Deliver supplier training sessions and support users throughout project implementation. Resolve operational issues and coordinate with global product and technology teams on system improvements. Monitor project progress, identify risks and ensure successful delivery of project milestones. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, industry stakeholders and customer contacts. Support customer meetings, project scoping and business growth initiatives when required. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience within textile, apparel, sourcing, merchandising or supply chain functions. Strong understanding of one or more supply chain stages including fiber, yarn, fabric, garment manufacturing or supplier management. Experience working with international brands, sourcing offices, textile manufacturers or certification organizations. Excellent English communication skills and confidence in international meetings. Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and take ownership in a home-based environment. Experience in sustainability, traceability, supplier onboarding, GRS/RCS/GOTS, Higg Index or related programs would be advantageous. What's on Offer Permanent position. Competitive salary package.
