Product Planning & Introduction Market Insight & Planning: Conduct in‑depth analysis of China's skincare market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer needs to develop mid‑ to long‑term product line strategies aligned with the brand's global strategy. Global Collaboration & Product Introduction: Act as the core local interface and work closely with R&D and product teams at global headquarters to introduce products suitable for the China market. Regulatory Compliance Ownership: Take full responsibility for managing product registration, filing, and all regulatory matters to ensure every new launch is legally compliant in China 2. Launch & Operational Support Launch Collaboration: Work closely with the GTM Manager to support new product launch planning and execution by providing core product content and localized material. Operational Support: Address and resolve various system, process, and daily operational issues related to the product raised by sales and channel teams. Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor post‑launch performance, collect market feedback, and provide data‑driven recommendations for product iteration and optimization. The Successful Applicant 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of product management experience in the skincare or beauty industry. Must have proven, successful 0-1 new‑product launch experience in the China market. 2. Strong capabilities in market analysis, business strategy planning, and cross‑functional communication and coordination. 3. Proficient in Chinese cosmetics regulations and the end‑to‑end registration/filing process; responsible for ensuring compliant product launches. 4. Solid multinational company background; fluent in English and capable of participating in in‑depth technical and business discussions with global teams. 5.
