Develop and execute strategies to attract high-calibre candidates. Screen and assess candidate applications for suitability. Build relationships with universities and other academic institutions. Organise and participate in campus recruitment events. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Stay informed about industry trends and practices in graduate recruitment.
