This role is responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality IT service delivery across the company's eCommerce and OMS ecosystem. Acting as a key bridge between business and technology teams, the position focuses on driving operational excellence, managing incidents and vendors, and continuously improving end-to-end processes to support seamless commercial operations-especially during high-volume periods.

Job Description

  • Lead seamless transition of technology initiatives into steady-state operations, ensuring full readiness across support, documentation, and processes
  • Manage daily service operations with a focus on backlog control, prioritization, and driving resolution of underlying issues
  • Take ownership of critical incidents (P1/P2), ensuring effective communication, escalation handling, and root cause resolution
  • Enhance governance frameworks to reduce recurring issues and improve incident quality and classification
  • Drive continuous optimization of end-to-end processes across eCommerce, OMS, and related business platforms
  • Implement robust monitoring and recovery mechanisms to maintain data accuracy and ensure stable order processing flows
  • Oversee vendor performance and service delivery standards, enforcing SLAs while ensuring strong operational documentation and knowledge management



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of Digital IT operations experience, ideally in a multicultural/global environment
  • Hands-on experience with OMS, eCommerce platforms, marketplace integration, or WMS systems strongly preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • ITIL certification required
