Job Description With the steady expansion of the global game business and the increasing complexity of multi-project parallel development, the company has formulated a strategic plan to strengthen its PMO capabilities, standardize project management processes, and improve project delivery efficiency: Establish and optimize the company's game project management system, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes, to ensure consistency and standardization across all game projects. Oversee and coordinate cross-functional game project teams (including game development, art, programming, testing, publishing, and marketing) to align on project goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Conduct project health checks, track project progress, identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of game projects (including game development, version updates, and publishing). Support end-to-end project governance, including creating project plans, managing project documentation, coordinating stakeholder communication, and reporting project status to global and local leadership teams. Optimize PMO tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to improve workflow efficiency, streamline project tracking, and enhance cross-team collaboration. Assist in resource management, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and coordination of internal and external resources (e.g., third-party development teams, outsourcing partners) for game projects. Organize project review meetings, summarize project experience, and promote the iteration and improvement of project management processes and PMO systems. Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies, industry regulations, and data security requirements in all project management activities. Handle other PMO and game project management tasks assigned by the PMO Director. The Successful Applicant A successful PMO should have: 3~5 years PMO or project management experience Strong knowledge of project management processes, PMO systems, and common PM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and global teams.
