Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all administrative and office operations to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
  • Coordinate and support the Secretarial & Business Support team in delivering their objectives.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality at all times.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office management matters.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in organising company events and meetings as required.
