Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Business Ownership & Strategy

  • Build and lead E‑commerce Division II, fully responsible for the 0-1 incubation of all new products.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for content commerce, live streaming, influencer cooperation, and product testing to create new growth curves.
  • Set up SOPs covering product testing, pricing, forecasting, creative direction, content planning, traffic investment, and operational iteration.



2. Content Commerce & Live Operations

  • Oversee the full content ecosystem: short video, live commerce, influencer partnerships, and self‑broadcasting rooms.
  • Lead the team (operations + live + content + paid traffic) to execute campaigns and scale new product sales.
  • Continuously optimize traffic structure, paid investment efficiency, and conversion rate.



3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage a cross‑functional team and drive high‑performance culture.
  • Work closely with product, supply chain, brand, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end execution.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and quarterly business reviews.



4. Partner & Resource Development

  • Build and expand partnerships with influencers, MCN agencies, pure‑commission TP agencies, and good live‑streaming studios.
  • Introduce high‑quality external resources and innovative collaboration models.



5. P&L & Performance Management

  • Be fully responsible for GMV, gross profit, ROI, cost structure, and team productivity.
  • Core business goal: scale new‑product sales from current 2M to 60M forward GMV / 30M net GMV.
  • Maintain disciplined operations: stable margin, controlled loss, optimized cost per person, and good operational cycles.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in content e‑commerce, live commerce, or new‑product incubation, ideally with proven 0-1 success cases.
  • Strong understanding of Douyin, Tmall, Kuaishou, RED, and related platforms' rules, traffic mechanisms, and content algorithms.
  • Successful experience good teams and building content/live ecosystems.
  • Strong network of influencers/MCNs/TPs with the ability to integrate external resources quickly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and ability to think with both growth and P&L frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, detail‑focused, performance‑driven environment.
