Now are looking for a L&D Partner, work closely with APAC/Global talent development function, and China business management team, HR team, to support the development and lead the delivery of Learning & Development frameworks, tools and programs within the Great China. Job Description The scope of Learning & Development includes leadership and managerial development, diversity and inclusion, culture, engagement, and broader learning and development including local onboarding programs. The Successful Applicant The candidate is expected: Bachelor's degree International company background with specialization in Learning & Development function; Healthcare industry background is preferred 12-15 years of working experience is preferred With exposure to APAC/Global L&D function is preferred Accountabilities: Partner with local HR team to develop and deliver of local learning & development programs Design and development of multi-modal learning solutions Work in collaboration with local HR team to ensure a positive employee experience of learning and development Support managers and empower employees to increase capability and leverage global people and culture processes Capabilities: Ability to work across multiple/competing priorities and manage expectations and tight deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Fluency in English and Mandarin Ability to work flexible hours to ensure delivery of training to employees working across varied countries/functions Knowledge and skills: Deploy and deliver global and local learning and Leadership Development programs (e.g., SLII, Culture Conversations, D&I, Inclusive Leadership & Unconscious Bias) in local language, adjusting content for cultural/regional differences as appropriate.
