Job Description

  • Drive new business development and account growth within multinational manufacturing clients
  • Identify and pursue large-scale IT services opportunities, including infrastructure, cloud, and managed services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in multinational enterprises
  • Le*d the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure
  • Develop account strategies and long-term customer engagement plans
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to develop competitive proposals
  • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Service Sales Manager should have:

* Minimum 8-12 years of enterprise IT services sales experience

* Proven track record in selling IT services (e.g., managed services, cloud, infrastructure, digital solutions)

* Must have experience serving multinational clients (MNCs)

* Strong experience working with manufacturing industry customers is highly preferred

* Demonstrated success in closing large deals (multi-million USD projects)

* Experience managing complex enterprise-level sales cycles. Experience working in global or multinational IT service providers is highly preferred
