Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on matters related to workplace inclusion and belonging. Analyse data and metrics to assess the impact of inclusion initiatives and recommend improvements. Organise training and workshops to raise awareness about diversity and inclusion across the organisation. Partner with external organisations and networks to strengthen the company's inclusion strategy. Promote practices and drive continuous improvement in diversity and belonging efforts. Provide guidance and support on addressing workplace challenges related to inclusion. 理想的求职者 A successful Inclusion & Belonging Country Partner should have: A background in human resources, organisational development, or a related field within the life science industry. Proven ability to develop and execute diversity and inclusion strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and recommend data-driven solutions. Experience in facilitating training sessions or workshops on inclusion and belonging. Knowledge of local and international diversity and inclusion standards and practices.
