The Successful Applicant A successful Inclusion & Belonging Country Partner should have: A background in human resources, organisational development, or a related field within the life science industry. Proven ability to develop and execute diversity and inclusion strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and recommend data-driven solutions. Experience in facilitating training sessions or workshops on inclusion and belonging. Knowledge of local and international diversity and inclusion standards and practices. A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving in a professional setting.
