Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support the company's rapid growth. Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and relocated employees. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment laws, providing clear guidance to employees and managers. Organize events and initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work culture. Take ownership of various ad hoc HR projects. 理想的求职者 Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Experience: At least 4 years of advanced HR experience, with over 3 years specializing in recruitment within the technology sector. Agency experience is highly preferred. Proven skills in candidate sourcing and talent market mapping. Proficient in using recruitment tools and AI-driven solutions. Fluent in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with stakeholders in China. Knowledge of local language is an advantage. Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws, with expertise in Thailand being a strong plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 薪酬待遇 An estimated salary of THB 150,000 THB/month to 200,000 THB/month reflecting the calibre of the role.
