Job Description Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities at external small molecule facilities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and quality requirements.Act as a critical liaison between internal departments (Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain) and external manufacturing partners.Support commercial negotiations with CMOs in partnership with Procurement and Quality teams.Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standardsEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.Resolve any operational issues to maintain smooth manufacturing processes. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.Solid experience in small molecule manufacturing processes and GMP compliance.Strong business acumen and ability to support commercial discussions with external partners.Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.Previous experience in external manufacturing or CMO management is highly preferred.
