Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the QA team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
  • Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Ensure effective communication with regulatory bodies and manage regulatory inspections.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on quality-related processes and protocols.
  • Identify areas for process optimisation and implement corrective actions where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Director should have:

  • Proven expertise in quality assurance within the life science industry.
