Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis processes across the group.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning.
  • Support the budgeting process and provide insights to optimise resource allocation.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders and board meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, particularly in the retail/FMCG industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
