Job Description Take full ownership of business performance, including P&L, forecasting, and financial discipline Lead and align a large, multi-layered organization, strengthening accountability and execution Drive business transformation initiatives, including operating model optimization and organizational effectiveness Build alignment with key internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable growth Stabilize current operations while laying the foundation for longer-term development The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent, with full P&L accountability Experience le/ading sizeable team, ideally at multi-hundred employee scale, with complex operations and significant revenue scale.
