Talent Management & Succession Planning Drive talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Employee Engagement & Culture employee engagement initiatives and monitor organizational health through surveys and action planning.HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies across all Greater China locations. Compensation & Benefits Partner with regional and global compensation teams on compensation strategy and annual reward cycles. Talent Acquisition Oversee recruitment strategies to support current and future business requirements. HR Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team across Greater China. 理想的求职者 Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Experience 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility. Proven experience HR for a large business unit, country, or regional organization within Greater China. Strong experience partnering with senior executives andorganizational transformation initiatives. Experience in multinational, matrixed environments preferred. Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and labor law compliance. Knowledge & Skills Deep understanding of China labor laws and employment regulations; knowledge of Hong Kong and Taiwan employment practices is advantageous. Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience change and transformation programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. 薪酬待遇 Competitive salary ranging from CNY 810000 to CNY 990000. Performance-based bonus. Permanent position in Shanghai.
