We are looking for a high-performing FP&A professional to support financial planning and budget management for the China business. This role will partner closely with commercial, marketing, and functional leaders to drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Job Description

  • Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlook processes
  • Develop detailed finance models and variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
  • Provide actionable insights on cost drivers, spending trends, and opportunities for optimization
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to different functions
  • Support business case evaluations (ROI, investment analysis, resource allocation)
  • Drive financial discipline and cost control mindset across the organization
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packages, highlighting key variances and risks/opportunities
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency (e.g., automation, dashboards)
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial controls
  • Support system implementation or optimization



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of FP&A experience
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, medtech, or FMCG preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
