Our client is a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company with strong innovation goals and a global outlook. They are strengthening their investor relations function to support business expansion, capital‑market visibility, and transparent communication with external stakeholders.

Job Description

  • You will manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and capital‑market participants, with a strong focus on the biopharmaceutical sector across Hong Kong and mainland China. Responsibilities include analyzing market dynamics, valuation trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior leadership.
  • The role involves planning and executing IR communication initiatives such as roadshows, earnings announcements, investor meetings, and capital‑market events. You will create accurate and compliant IR materials, including presentations, annual reports, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Additionally, you will support capital operations and financing activities, collaborating with finance, legal, and R&D teams to ensure smooth execution. You will also contribute to special projects and other IR tasks assigned by senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in biopharmaceuticals, life sciences, finance, or related fields
  • 5-10 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, investment banking, or securities research, ideally within the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in equity sales, capital raising, or strong networks in biotech/pharma is highly advantageous
  • Solid understanding of biopharma development, clinical pipelines, industry policies, and market trends
  • Familiarity with HKEX regulations, disclosure requirements, and investor communication standards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to interface with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset, strong execution, high market awareness, and ability to operate under pressure
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
