This role will lea*d strategic expansion of direct customer (BCO) business and accelerate growth across global trade lanes beyond the Transpacific market, driving revenue diversification and long-term commercial development.The successful candidate will build teams, develop commercial capabilities, and work closely with senior lea*dership and the Board to execute growth initiatives, customer acquisition, and potential M&A opportunities.

Job Description

* Lea*d direct customer / BCO build-out as a core strategic priority

* Lea*d expansion across non-TP trade lanes, including Europe, LATAM, Middle East, intra-Asia, and other strategic corridors beyond the China-US trade

* Develop and execute commercial initiatives to increase BCO mix, diversify trade lane exposure, and broaden service offering

* Win, retain, and grow direct customer relationships across key origin and destination markets

* Build the teams, capabilities, and processes required to support BCO development and non-TP expansion

* Work with senior lea*dership across sales, product, operations, pricing, procurement, and carrier management to align growth with execution capability

* Support bolt-on acquisitions that strengthen commercial platform, customer reach, or trade lane density

* Report regularly to the Board and Nexus Point on progress against key commercial

The Successful Applicant

* Senior lea*dership experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or logistics

* Strong track record in building and scaling direct customer / BCO business

* Proven experience developing non-TP trade lanes, particularly Europe, LatAm, Middle East, or intra-Asia

* Strong commercial lea*dership capability, including customer development, team building, and cross-functional execution

* Existing customer relationships or market access that can be converted into business opportunities would be a plus

* M&A, integration, or commercial diligence experience would be a plus
