Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and performance governance Drive cost optimization initiatives across electronic components and materials, focusing on total cost of ownership Conduct market intelligence and sourcing analysis to secure competitive pricing and technology access Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to support production and NPI requirements Establish supplier risk management and contingency planning frameworks Monitor supply chain risks related to geopolitical, economic, and compliance factors Define procurement KPIs, prepare executive-level reports, and benchmark performance against industry standards Promote the use of AI and advanced analytics to enhance sourcing, forecasting, and procurement decisions The Successful Applicant A successful Procurement & Director/Senior Director should have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience within electronics manufacturing Proven senior leadership experience managing procurement teams and complex supplier ecosystems Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities in technical sourcing environments Track record of delivering cost savings and procurement transformation initiatives Highly analytical, with experience using data, digital tools, and AI-driven insights Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Exposure to lean manufacturing and sustainable sourcing practices is advantageous What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from HKD 1,080,000 to HKD 1,320,000 per annum.
