Job Description

Ensure global delivery performance by developing supply-demand balancing plans across China, the US, and Japan, with a strong focus on European and US market demand fulfilment.

Establish multi-market safety stock strategies and contingency mechanisms to mitigate supply risks.

Design and implement supplier lifecycle management framework, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and exit mechanisms.

Lead strategic management of critical suppliers and high-risk materials.

Optimise inventory structure and improve inventory turnover; drive annual cost reduction through supplier negotiation and consolidation.

Establish effective cross-functional collaboration mechanisms across sales, production, and international teams to align supply and demand.

Drive supply chain digitalisation initiatives, including MRP implementation and online procurement system integration.

Develop and standardise core supply chain processes and governance.

Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, including capability development and succession planning.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.

Solid engineering/supply chain management background is preferred.

Fluent English communication skills, able to use English as a working language.

Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in team leadership roles.

Prior experience in medical devices, high-end manufacturing, or multinational companies is highly desirable.

Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, supplier development and negotiation, inventory and cost analysis.

Familiar with international trade regulations and ERP/MRP systems.

Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage complexity, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Demonstrated strategic thinking, resilience, and capability to make high-quality decisions under pressure.
