You are expected to be a hands-on "Playing Manager", driving both strategy and execution for the EC business from 0 to 1.EC Strategy & Business Planning Develop and execute overall EC strategy aligned with brand and business goals Define growth strategy across different EC channels Set, monitor, and optimize key KPIs (sales, profit, conversion, AOV, etc.) Drive initiatives to achieve sales and profitability targets Product Assortment & Sales Planning Own EC product assortment planning and optimization Partner with MD team on product launch and go-to-market planning Conduct sales analysis and propose actionable improvements Build and manage sales forecasts and seasonal plans TP Management Be responsible for day-to-day communication and project management with TP Set KPIs and manage performance against defined targets Evaluate proposals and drive decision-making Improve store operation quality and efficiency Manage issue resolution and ongoing operational optimization Manage regular business reviews and action follow-ups Ensure delivery aligned with contract scope and expectations Brand & Marketing Execution Ensure EC store operations align with global brand strategy Oversee product pages and brand content planning Drive CRM initiatives and evaluate performance Collaborate with social media and content teams Advertising & Traffic Growth Develop platform advertising strategies (e.g., Tmall etc.) Coordinate with TP and internal marketing teams to execute campaigns Optimize media performance based on data insights Product Information & Store Operations Manage product data readiness (content, images, assets) Coordinate product listing and page production Ensure high-quality and consistency of product information Oversee store updates and ongoing content maintenance Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination Monitor inventory health and mitigate stock risks (OOS / overstock) Align sales plans with inventory and supply chain planning Support EC allocation planning Data Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze key metrics (sales, profit, CVR, AOV, traffic) Extract insights from platform data Report performance to HQ and management Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data The Successful Applicant A successful EC Manager should have: Proven experience building or scaling EC business from 0 to 1 Hands-on mindset with strong execution capability Experience managing external partners (TP / agency / platform) Fluent in Japanese or English (business level or above) Strong analytical and business acumen What's on Offer Permanent position offering stability and growth opportunities.
