Job Description Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the brand's digital marketing strategy across Tencent platforms with a focus on awareness, engagement, conversion, and CRM integration. Establish annual and quarterly digital roadmaps aligned with brand positioning and overall marketing strategy. Tencent Ecosystem Operations Manage WeChat ecosystem operations, including Official Accounts, Mini‑Programs, customer journeys, private‑domain traffic management, and performance optimization. Manage Tencent Ads campaigns (e.g., targeting, retargeting, media planning, creative ideation) to improve ROI and increase qualified leads. Coordinate with Tencent partners/agencies to explore new opportunities such as communities, livestreaming, and medical‑professional content engagement. Content & Creative Development Oversee content strategy for WeChat & other Tencent channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone and compliance requirements. Develop high‑quality digital assets including copy, KV, short videos, and interactive formats tailored for Tencent environments. Data, Analytics & Optimization Monitor digital metrics including engagement, lead quality, conversion rate, CPM/CPC trends, and retention. Conduct regular analysis to optimize targeting models, media mix, landing pages, and consumer journeys. Manage reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights to senior management. Cross‑functional Collaboration Work closely with brand marketing, medical affairs, sales, and CRM teams to ensure digital campaigns support business objectives. Coordinate digital enablement tools for sales teams within the Tencent ecosystem. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above; major in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on Tencent platforms. Strong understanding of WeChat ecosystem, private‑domain operations, Tencent ad placements, data analytics, and digital funnels. Experience working with premium brands or regulated industries is a plus. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and timelines with strong project‑management skills. Excellent communication skills and strong data‑driven mindset. Fluent in Mandarin; professional in English.
