Job Description

  • Creative Strategy Leadership: Define creative strategies and aesthetic direction across all categories (smart devices, automotive-related products), aligned with global brand positioning
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale integrated campaigns covering print, video, and digital content, ensuring global delivery
  • Global Visual Standards: Establish and maintain brand visual guidelines, driving consistency and innovation across all touchpoints
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and UX teams worldwide to integrate resources and amplify creative impact
  • Innovation & Trend Exploration: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive creative innovation and new media applications
  • Budget & Resource Oversight: Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum creative value
  • Global Influence: Lead international projects to strengthen brand visual competitiveness in global markets

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Art-Based Background: Solid foundation in visual design and aesthetics, capable of delivering global creative output
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in consumer electronics, smart devices, or automotive sectors, with deep understanding of global brand trends
  • Integrated Campaign Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale integrated projects across print, video, and digital platforms, ensuring end-to-end delivery
  • Global Perspective: Experience in both international 4A agencies and brand-side roles, or as a key player in fixed agency partnerships for global brands
  • Award-Winning Portfolio: High-impact creative work with recognition from international awards (Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, etc.)
  • Strategic Vision & Aesthetic Control: Ability to define creative strategies and maintain brand aesthetics aligned with global standards
  • Profile: International candidates are welcomed (Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a MUST); overseas education or work experience is a plus
